The meeting at GCIT was called to order at 1:20 pm by Dan Driscoll. Minutes from the May 15, 2002 meeting were approved.

New representative, Lou D’Angelo from Wedgewood was introduced.

John Perazzelli presented the treasurer’s report. The checking account balance is $5,815.27.

Official clinics will also be held June 11, and 13.

Relays that are unofficial should be in the outside lanes.

There will be no recall for false starts at the Championship Meet, however swimmers will be brought back at duel meets. This will be covered at the officials meeting.

Joe reviewed the contents of the June 8 packet.

Covered Bridge is hosting the Championship Meet. The deadline for merchandise pre-orders is July 1. Team ads are due Monday, July 22 . Additional information can be obtained at http://www.cbswimclub.org/trico.php.

New members of the Eligibility Committee were selected. These teams will serve a 2 year term. The new members are: Woodbine, Kingston, Riverton, Old Orchard, and Whitman Square. Ken Winter from Willowdale will continue as chairman of the committee. In order to swim you must be a bona fide member of the club and you may only swim for one club in a season.

Erlton was selected to be the Awards Chairman for the Championship Meet.

Dues were based on 90% of last years’ roster, team ads, rule books, and ribbons. The total will be reconciled at the seeding meeting.

At the October meeting we will discuss prospective vendors for ribbons, etc.

The Wedgewood meeting will be held on July 11, 2002 and the seeding meeting will be at Woodcrest on July 25, 2002.
