MINUTES OF THE TRI COUNTY MEETING October 14, 2008

President Gene Howard called the meeting to order at 8:02 PM at Riverton Country Club.

Minutes were approved as written from the July 10, 2008 meeting.

Meeting began with an introduction of new Tri Count reps. At the outset of the meeting all were asked to send any new emails or addresses to Paul.

Treasurer’s Report - Steve

Ø Steve read the treasurer’s report

Ø Dave Katz asked how the report compared to the same time last year. Steve reported that it is $4,000 to $5,000 less.

Computer – Joe Crick

Ø Reported that he will be upgrading to Team Manager 5 @ $125.00

Ø A CD was distributed to all reps with everything since 2002

Swimming Coordinator – David Katz

Ø Dave thanked Barb and Pheasant Run for a terrific meet.

Championship Meet

Ø Barb reported on the Championship meet held at Pheasant Run.

Ø Barb thanked the reps for all of their work

Old Business – None reported

New Business

Ø The following meetings were scheduled for 8 PM, 2^nd Tuesday of the month, at Riverton Country Club: Jan 13^th, March 10^th and May 12^th

Ø Colin informed all the reps that Whitman Square and Westwood will be doing Tri County 2009 together. The meet will be at Westwood. They are trying to find a sponsor to pay for the meet.

Ø Rule proposals which were presented in October will be discussed in January and then voted on in March.

Ø Gene Howard finished his term as president and will return as rep. Paul Paterson will now become President, Jeff Wixted as Vice President, Steve Reis as Treasure and Irene Binz as Secretary.

Next meeting: January 13^th, 8:00 P.M. at Riverton Country Club
