The President, David Katz, at 9:10 a.m, called the meeting to order.

Minutes of the May meeting were approved. There was 100% attendance.

Treasurer’s Report: Paul Patterson reports as of June12, 2004, the balance in the account is $20,030.88. Thirty-five teams have paid dues. At the July 29 seeding meeting at Woodcrest, there will be a reconciliation process. Bring a check for payment. At the Wedgewood meeting we will let you know the cost of Championship Meet splash fees.

We received a $2500 check from Danzeisen and Quigley for 2003. This covers the cost of the medals.

Swimming: Ron Kane states there are clinics today at 10:30 and 12:00. Also clinics will be held next Tuesday and Thursday for stroke & turn and starter/referee.

There are no rule changes. Pick up paperwork. Order of finish cards are for "A" meets only. Use index cards for "b" meets.

Looking for swimmer volunteers for clinics on Tuesday and Thursday.

Request made for additional scorers clinics. Need an additional date. Joe Crick will handle.

Ron Kane emphasizes to keep competition in the pool. Thanks for all your cooperation.

John Mahon discusses accommodation for handicap hearing or other disability. Ron states that Tri-County has always made accommodations to encourage all to swim.

Computer: Joe Crick states send no cards to Dominic, only Tri-County record cards. He urges all to read their packet. Dominic will continue as computer data coordinator for this year.

John Mahon states that all reps should make sure your e-mail address is correct. Look at the new website update. Refresh your own list. Joe states you can e-mail meet sheets if you have a scanner. When e-mailing Joe Crick, put Tri-County in header.

Take note: Seeding meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2004 at Woodcrest Swim Club.

Eligibility Committee met after the meeting. New Chairman is Paul O’Connell from Haddontowne.

Thursday 7/15 Wedgewood 7:30 p.m.

Thursday 7/29 Woodcrest 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday 10/12 Riverton 8:00 p.m.

New Business:

Directions need to be updated. Check each club and send any changes to Dominic.

Reminder: Visiting clubs should not arrive beeping horns at 7:30 in the morning. Respect non-swimming neighbors.

Graduating Swimmers – Reminder – send to Lou D’Angelo from Wedgewood. Send names and future plans of graduates. E-mail as soon as possible. Also let Lou know if there are no graduating swimmers from your club. Deadline is 6/30. Eighteen year olds are graduating swimmers even if they are not graduating high school.

Championship Meet Report: Don Heaney reports there is no resolution yet about Sunday session. Will be done soon. G.C.I.T. will handle food. Will try to influence menu. Looking for input before starting process.

Support ads – have forms. These ads are at much reduced prices. Need copy by 7/25 for your swim club ad. If you need to wait, let Don know. Give ad to Don at meeting on July 15^th if finished.

Don gives a report on the shirts and gives each club 2 shirts that must either be returned or paid for. Paperwork with prices accompanies shirts. There are reduced prices for early orders. Also, there will again be orders with team names printed on long sleeve shirts. A date of 7/15 was decided upon for the deadline for team printed shirts.
