MINUTES OF MEETING
   January 10, 2006

The President, John Mahon, opened the meeting at 8:10 p.m.  John welcomes

all members.

Minutes:  Much discussion about item in the October minutes regarding tri

county reps being on the pool deck during the meet, but not working.  Some

reps feel they are discriminated against.  After hearing all comments, John

Mahon states that the meet director and security should enforce attendance

on the deck.  Gene Howard asks all tri county reps to act responsibly.  At

the conclusion of the discussion, the minutes were approved.

New Tri County Reps:  Charleston Swim Club – Richard Read – Welcome!

Treasurer’s Report:  No activity since last meeting.  The balance is $15,100.99.

Swimming Coordinator:  No report.

Computer:  Joe Crick has no report.  He brings certificates for division winners.

B-Meets:  Sue Montchyk could not make the meeting but asks all clubs to send

to her their b-meet requests.  John Mahon will find out who has not replied.

Old Business:  None

Championship Meet Report:  Meadowbrook meet director could not make the

meeting.  There is a problem with parking.  PSE&G is possibly not allowing parking

in the field due to safety issues.  Meadowbrook will keep everyone informed

and is trying to find additional parking.

Adjourn:  The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
